Can I cancel if I decide it’s not for me?

Yes! Although I’m confident you are going to LOVE being a member. First, I’ll teach you all my secrets to making EL work for you and your students.
And second – you’ll get everything you need to teach each month while also getting support from other teachers just like you….all at a price you’re not going to find anywhere else. The Cowie Club is the first (and only) membership of its kind supporting teachers that specifically use the EL curriculum.
But, if you decide the Cowie Club is not right for you, you can cancel at any time. If you decide you want to re-join at a later date, you will need to wait until next year for our enrollment period to join again.

Can I share my membership with my grade level/Friend/district?

Memberships are for single-classroom use only. Multiple users/classrooms are not permitted to share a single membership. If you want to share with your grade level, you will need to purchase additional memberships using the contact information below.

Are there any discounts for multiple memberships?

If you are a school or district looking to purchase multiple memberships, please send an email to support@cowieskinders.com for discounted rates and licensing information

Can I change my grade level after I join the membership?

Yes! If you need to change your grade level for your VIP box or the grade level emails you receive, please send us an email at support@cowieskinders.com.

What if I teach more than one grade?

You can customize your lesson downloads to your needs, so you can mix and match among grade levels.

What if I need more lessons or centers?

Please send us an email at support@cowieskinders to let us know your individual needs and we will be happy to help.

Can I receive a discount and just get the skills lessons or just the meaning-based lessons by themselves?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate this request at this time. By offering multiple product lines and courses all in one membership, we are able to pass on greater savings to our customers.
If you wish to purchase from individual product lines, we recommend purchasing those through our TPT store or website store.
The bonus materials and courses are not available for purchase outside of the membership at this time.

Do you offer refunds? What if I need to cancel my order?

Resources you purchase are delivered electronically and no physical products will be shipped, unless you upgraded to a VIP subscription box. You cannot return a file once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales of digital resources are considered final and are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, should you change your mind and want to rejoin, you will need to wait until our enrollment period opens in the summer.

Can I request specific products?

You are welcome to submit a request through our feedback form found on the Membership Dashboard. However, please know that we are not able to honor all requests. This form is not regularly monitored so please do not use it for customer support requests.
